KAMPALA- His Excellency the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was sworn in at a colourful ceremony held in the heart of Kampala at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds on Tuesday May 12th. The ceremony was attended by heads of state, delegations from other countries in and outside the African continent, ministers, and dignitaries from the government of Uganda.
